Medieval Castle Graffiti

This 13th century Scottish castle was in need of renovation, so its owners decided to raise funds by increasing public traffic with the help of artwork.  Created by four Brazilian graffiti artists who stayed in the castle for a month, these amazing collaborations came to life.  Since the concrete on the outside walls needed to be redone the art was done on a temporary basis.

This is so pretty. I wish someone would come paint my apartment building this way. See how came together in the video below.

    Well I sure HOPE it is only temporary!! Art is one thing, but on a historic landmark?? Surprised the historic preservation society allowed this…
    I’ll pay double to see it in it’s natural state.
